For all the participants of the Conference intending to obtain a visa we would recommend you to apply to the Consular Section of the Russian Embassy or Consulate near your location.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation informed us on the 19th of April, that they have contacted all the Embassies, and all of them informed that they have received a circular order from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and are aware of the ICN Conference, and ready to issue a visa, when person comes with an invitation from Federal Antimonopoly Service, valid passport, photographs and filled in application form. Also participant needs to stress out that they are going to the ICN Conference organized by FAS Russia.
Also they told us, that if their will be any problems again, you should write down the name of the Consular Employee, who is refusing to accept your documents, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will contact him directly. Also you have a right to ask for a meeting with the Consular of Russian Federation in your country.
